Robert and Robin McFarlane is a husband and wife team with 30 years combined fishing experience and knowledge specializing in largemouth bass on our great South Texas Lakes, such as Falcon Lake, Lake Amistad, and Choke Canyon. The McFarlane’s primary residence is located in Saint Hedwig, TX, along with recently making Zapata, TX, their second home.
Guide trips are available for Falcon Lake, Lake Amistad, and Choke Canyon with accommodations for 1 person up to 4 people (two boats) on any trip.
Besides guiding, Robert and Robin are both Professional Tournament Anglers, having competed on the B.A.S.S. Central Opens, FLW Stren Series Texas Division and the Women’s Bassmaster Tour.
Robert and Robin use the best of the best rather it’s for guiding or for their fishing tournaments. Getting them back and forth to the boat ramp is their Nitro High
Performance Bass Boats with Mercury Optimax Motors, and for fishing, state of the art tackle.
